At checkout on our shopping cart, please list both your event and
delivery dates. To ensure almond freshness, we prefer to ship within
30 days of your event. If your delivery date changes later, kindly
advise via email so that we may reschedule your shipping date.
We have cold shipping available. If you daytime temperatures exceed
75 degrees fahrenheit we recommend that you add a styrofoam cooler
to your order. The cooler includes ice.

CANCELLATION:
Should we wish to cancel your order for any reason, please email us
at
info@JordanAlmonds.com with the word CANCEL in the subject
block. If your order has not yet shipped, we will cancel and refund
your order promptly. If your order has shipped, then a refund will
be issued after the package is returned to and received by us per
the return policy set forth above. Chargebacks not preceded by a
cancellation request email will be assessed an administrative fee of
$25.
